As a service to our patient family we participate with Guardian, Delta Dental, CIGNA, Blue Shield of NENY, United Concordia, and APA Partners insurance. We will work with most other insurance plans.
Payment in full, or estimated copayment is expected at the time of service. We file all insurance claims electronically so there is no need to bring claim forms with you. If after a period of 90 days your dental insurance has not reimbursed our office, you will be responsible for the account balance. We will always try our hardest to help you maximize your insurance benefits.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and check as payment.
